DAY 1  Departure is from the Arrivals Hall at JHBI Airport or Johannesburg Hotel. Our route takes us via Dullstroom and The Long Tom Pass down to the Panoramic Route. Visit the "Three Rondawels, Bourkes luck Pot Holes and Gods Window before heading to our overnight stop in Hazyview. We reach our destination in the late afternoon. Enjoy a dinner before catching up on a nights well earned rest. (Dinner)

DAY 2 After breakfast we enter the Kruger National Park.  Spend the day touring the park looking for the Big Five. After Sunset enjoy an exciting night game drive with a Kruger Park Ranger in an open 4x4 Safari Vehicle.  Accommodation is in a KNP Rest Camp Bungalow. The Bungalow has an en suite bathroom and is air-conditioned. A traditional Braai (Barbeque) is included tonight. (Breakfast | Dinner)

DAY 3  Up Early for a guided game walk with a park ranger. Enjoy the thrill of tracking Rhino and Elephant on foot. After breakfast the rest of the day is spent driving the park game viewing. An Optional Night Drive is available. Free for dinner. Overnight at KNP Rest camp. (Breakfast)

DAY 4  Optional Early Morning Game Walk with a KNP Ranger. During the Day we do Game Drives in our own Vehicle. In the late afternoon we leave the park and overnight at a Guest House which is situated on the banks Of the Crocodile River overlooking the Kruger Park.

Enjoy an outdoor dinner tonight watching the animals come down to the River to drink. Overnight at: www.belvedereonriver.co.za (Breakfast)

DAY 5  After Breakfast the journey continues on to Swaziland. We stop for a visit at the Glass Factory. We arrive at the Milwane Nature Reserve in the mid afternoon. If time allows take a short hike around the Game Reserve. There are plenty of antelope and hippo to be seen. Dinner is served at the waterhole. Accommodation is in rustic en suite grass bee-hive Swazi huts.  Enjoythe the evening sitting around the fire. Overnight at the rest camp. www.biggameparks.org  (breakfast | Dinner)

DAY 6  Drive to Zululand via the Kingdom of Swaziland. En route to St Lucia we stop to visit a Zulu Tribal village.  Overnight on the banks of the St Lucia Estuary. Overnight stop is at the  Elephant Lake Hotel www.elephantlakehotel.co.za  (Breakfast) 

DAY 7 After Breakfast we visit Cape Vidal and and the mouth of the estuary. A great way to end the day is to take the ferry up the estuary to view Hippos and Crocodiles and a myriad of birdlife. free for dinner in the village of St Lucia. (Breakfast)

DAY 8 Transfer to Durban. Spend some time after breakfast relaxing or strolling along the endless white beach. Transfer to Durban's King Shaka Airport for your onward flight. (Breakfast)

Those guests continuing on with the tour to Cape Town will fly to Port Elizabeth.

Included: Accommodation is 3/4 star or National Park Rest Camps; breakfasts, three dinners, night drive in Kruger with bush dinner; boat cruise on the Oliphants  River with dinner; all game drives in Kruger; Amarula tasting, Blyde Canyon boat cruise; ground transportation and driver/guide; Glass Factory, entry to Milwane Game Reserve; Zulu Tribal Village; St Lucia Estuary Cruise; transport for afternoon tour to Durban Beachfront; tourism levies and sales tax.   

NOT Included: Airfares; lunches; four dinners; Kruger Park Conservation fees, optional excursions; alcoholic  drinks; tips and personal items.

Note: A visa for Swaziland may be required. If any of the above mentioned accommodation is unavailable we will arrange alternative accommodation of a similar standard.

TRAVEL TIPS:

Arrivals: For those flying into SA early on tour departure day: From the airport arrivals hall, proceed upstairs to the Gautrain. Take this high speed train to Centurian Station. From there you can take a taxi to the Forever Centurian Hotel or the Hotel can give you a complimentary shuttle. Notify the Hotel of your expected time of arrival at Centurian Station.  Tel 012 6446060.

For those arriving the day prior to tour commencement:  We advise that you overnight at  the Forever Centurian Hotel. They also arrange short tours to Soweto, Gold Reef City etc. Complimentary shuttle service to the Centurian Shopping Mall.

Departures: For those that are flying back to JHBI at the end of the Tour:   If your international flight is a Star Alliance or British Airways flight you can get an extension  ticket. There are also low cost carriers on this route - www.kulula.com www.flymango.com ;     (Note: For small groups we can arrange a self drive vehicle back to J.H.B)
