Your journey takes you northwards along
the N1 through Pietersburg, Tzaneen and
Gravellot to Phalaborwa. A lunch
stop will be made en route. After
checking into your chalet enjoy a
refreshing drink on the veranda. At 5pm
an exciting night drive in an open
vehicle will take you deep into the
African Bush. The day is ended with a
culinary bush experience. Enjoy your
dinner amongst the wildlife under the
African stars. Accommodation will be at
the Phalaborwa Safari Park. 4****
After waking up to coffee and rusks, we make an early morning start
into the game-rich central section of the Kruger Park where we spend
the morning viewing game. We will stop at one of the rest camps
for a breakfast. Returning at midday to Phalaborwa, enjoy a visit to
the Lapa, the Home of Amarula. Here you will be able to taste this
unusual drink and learn how this local drink is made from the
At 13h30 we set off
for the Oliphants River for a boat cruise. Along the river banks, in
the Kruger Park, are
elephants, many species of antelope, warthogs, and hundreds
of birds. What a fabulous way to end the day, enjoying sundowners on
the boat and a traditional “Braai” barbecue. Return later in the
evening where you may finish the day with a drink on the veranda of

Letaba camp. We return to the wild to look for various species not
yet spotted stopping for a lunch break at Satara Rest Camp. After
lunch we say farewell to the Kruger Park and drive to the Blyde
River Canyon. Once again we take to the water and enjoy a boat
cruise on the pristine waters of the Blyde River Canyon. In the late
afternoon we check into the Swadini Resort.

Breakfast at the resort. Our route takes us through the Panoramic
Route. Stops are made at Three Rondawels and Gods Window.
For those returning
to Johannesburg The long road back to Johannesburg begins.
After a short stop at Pilgrims Rest the route passes through
Lydenberg and on to Centurion situated between JHB and Pretoria.
Arrival time at your final destination, the Centurion Hotel, is
continuing on to Durban we travel via Nelspruit to the Forever
Resort and mineral water spa at Badplaas. Enjoy the evening
relaxing in the hot water spa. Free for dinner.
Breakfast the journey continues on to Swaziland. We stop for a visit at the
Glass Factory. We arrive at the Milwane Nature Reserve in the mid afternoon.

scenic hike before dinner is served at the waterhole. Accommodation is
in rustic en suite grass bee-hive Swazi huts. Enjoy the evening sitting
around the fire. Dinner is included tonight. Overnight at the rest camp.
DAY 6 Drive
to Zululand via the Kingdom of
Swaziland. En route to St Lucia we stop
to visit a Zulu Tribal village. A great
way to end the day is to take the ferry
up the estuary to view Hippos and
Crocodiles. Overnight on the banks of
the St Lucia Estuary. Overnight stop is
at the Elephant Lake Hotel
An optional night game drive to the
Hluhluwe Game reserve
DAY 7 Depart
for Durban area. Arriving in the early afternoon there is time to relax for
a few hours on the beach at Umdloti. An optional afternoon tour to Durban
Beachfront and U Shaka Marine World is available. Your Guest House is
situated right on the beach front with a number of restaurants a few minutes
away. Free for dinner.
DAY 8 Spend
some time after breakfast relaxing or strolling along the endless white
beach. Transfer to Durban's King Shaka Airport for your return flight to
Johannesburg International Airport.
Those guests continuing on with the tour
to Cape Town will fly early to Port
Kruger National Park

Arrivals: For those flying into SA early
on tour departure day: From the airport arrivals hall, proceed
upstairs to the Gautrain. Take this high speed train to Centurian Station.
From there you can take a taxi to the Forever Centurian Hotel or the Hotel
can give you a complimentary shuttle. Notify the Hotel of your expected time

For those arriving the day prior
to tour commencement: We advise that you overnight at the Forever Centurian Hotel. They also arrange short tours to Soweto, Gold Reef City
etc. Complimentary shuttle service to the Centurian Shopping Mall.
For those that are flying back to
JHBI at the end of the Tour: If your international flight is a
Star Alliance or British Airways flight you can get an extension ticket.
