                                                                                                                                                                   The Tour Begins in Port Elizabeth and ends at Cape Town. Accommodation is in three or four star Guest Houses, Lodges or Apartments and includes daily breakfasts, Dinners and Lunches as per itinerary.

DAY 1 (Dinner)   

Departure is from Port Elizabeth Airport or Hotel around Mid-day. Transfer to the Addo Elephant Park Region. Enjoy an afternoon Game Drive. We spend an unforgettable time in the park  teeming with wildlife. Addo offers viewing of some of Africa's most impressive animals, including elephant, lion, buffalo, black rhino, leopard, kudu, a great variety of other antelope species, as well as birds, plants, insects and reptiles. Optional Night Drive is available. Accommodation is in the Addo Rest Camp chalets or nearby Private Lodge. Dinner is included tonight.

DAY 2 (Breakfast) 

After breakfast we take the road  towards the Garden Route. our Route follows the coastal road winding its way along river gorges, over breathtaking mountain passes and through dense indigenous forests. Our exploration of this ancient forest includes a drive through Natures Valley, which winds its way through the tangle of trees, ferns and creepers to massive Outeniqua Yellowwood trees.  Enjoy a short hike in the forest before heading down to the beach for a swim and lunch.

En route guests may choose  between a visit to Monkeyland or the Birds Of Eden. (Optional at own cost) We pass through Plettenberg Bay to Knysna. Here guests may enjoy  an optional yacht or  boat sunset cruise on the Knysna Lagoon. Accommodation is in the Knysna Quays or Guest House.

DAY 3 (Breakfast + Dinner) 

After breakfast we visit the Knysna Region. Explore the Knysna Heads, Coney Glen Beach, Brenton and Buffalo Bay. A forest hike is also available. The afternoon is free for optional activities such as Whale Watching or the popular Knysna Township Trail. Guests will be able to enjoy a typical South African barbeque at the Knysna Yacht Club.

DAY 4 (Breakfast)   

After Breakfast there is time for a look at the arts and crafts market before we depart for Oudtshoorn. Our first stop is the Cango Caves. In the late afternoon experience an  Ostrich Ranch. Overnight in Oudtshoorn.

DAY 5  (Breakfast + Dinner)  

We continue driving along the Route 62. The drive takes us through some wonderful mountain scenery until we reach the Cape Wine-lands. Enjoy a stop for optional lunch and a wine tasting before checking in to your accommodation which is situated on a wine estate. Enjoy a sunset walk amongst the vineyards.  Dinner is included tonight.

DAY 6  (Breakfast)  

We visit Stellenbosch in the morning where guests are taken on a tour of a wine cellar and enjoy a wine tasting. We stop at Spier Estate for an optional picnic lunch on the river bank. Continue on to Cape Town. Accommodation is in the proximity of the V&A waterfront. The evening is free to Explore the Waterfront.

 DAY 7  (Breakfast + Lunch) 

Tour of the Cape of Good Hope. A visit to Cape Point will reward you with the opportunity to witness the meeting of the mighty Atlantic & Indian Oceans. Wonderful mountainous scenery is coupled with quaint seaside villages such as Muizenberg, Kalk Bay and Fish Hoek.  We stop at the False Bay Yacht Club for a Fish and Chips lunch.

The next stop is Cape Point where guests can enjoy a short hike to the Cape of Good Hope. The return journey takes you along the scenic Chapmans Peak Pass and Hout Bay. An optional visit to the top of Table Mountain will end the day

The evening is free for you to Explore the Waterfront.

DAY 8  (Breakfast)   

The morning is free to explore or take an optional visit to Robben Island. In the early afternoon guests are dropped off at Cape Town Airport or, for those that choose to spend more time in Cape Town, we will drop you off at your hotel.


Included in the Price: Seven nights in 3/4 star accommodation with breakfasts; All transportation and chauffer driver. Dinners on Day 1, 3 & 5. Lunch on Day 7. Airport transfers.  Cango Caves & Ostrich Ranch. 2 wine tastings and a cellar tour. Entrance to Cape of Good Hope.  Tourism levies  and sales tax.

Getting to Port Elizabeth

If your international flight is a Star Alliance or British Airways, you can get an extension ticket from Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town. There are also low cost carriers on these  routes:    See Kulula, Mango and Safair Low Cost Carriers.
